Custom Orders & Layaway Policy
Custom Orders
All custom-made, personalized, or special order items require a down payment as confirmation of the order.
The down payment serves as official confirmation to begin production
Once the order is confirmed, the down payment is strictly non-refundable
In the event of cancellation at any stage, the down payment will not be refunded
The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery or collection
Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
Layaway
Fine Jewels offers a layaway payment option for selected jewelry items under the following terms:
Layaway period: 2–3 months
Required down payment: 30% (non-refundable)
Jewelry will be reserved and securely held by Fine Jewels until full payment is completed
Item will not be released, delivered, or collected until full payment is received
No interest is charged on layaway payments
Price is fixed and locked once the down payment is received
In case of cancellation, the down payment is non-refundable and the item will return to inventory
An official invoice/receipt will be issued as payment confirmation for every payment received during the layaway period
By proceeding with a custom order or layaway plan, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
